In an effort to improve the staff and church member experience with paid registrations, our MP Core Team has developed this request form to ensure key stakeholders are aware of the basic event details with advance notice. This will enable us to assess any potential problems prior to the registration opening. If you have all of your information ready, this form should take about 4-6 minutes.
