Communications Request Form
In an effort to further the mission of the church, the Communications Department has developed this form to produce effective, timely, and quality publications and media. Because of the large quantity of request, please submit this form two weeks before your deadline. Other deadlines are as follows:
- Sunday Bulletin announcements deadline — Monday immediately prior to the Sunday bulletin
- Parish News deadline — Monday immediately prior to the Thursday Parish News
For complex projects, submit a preliminary Communications Request and request a meeting with the Communications team.
