Handing Down the Faith in an Age of Exile

A few months ago, I crossed a major milestone in life: I got a will. Just weeks after welcoming our second daughter, Phoebe, into the world, I realized it was time to get my affairs in order. I had the documents drawn up, met with a notary, and signed on the dotted line—our estate, assets, and care plans were set. And while it was sobering, there was something profoundly clarifying about the process. It forced me to think deeply about what I wanted to pass on to my children in the time we share. Read more>>
