Beloved in Christ,

Hope abounds! Once again, our nominating team has prayerfully and faithfully assembled a deeply committed group of leaders for First Presbyterian Nashville. We offer our heartfelt gratitude for their diligence in assembling the following slate of officers.

And many thanks to the women and men, called by God through the voice of this congregation, who have said “Yes!” to lead us in this next chapter of our life together. In service to Christ and his kingdom, by his grace and in his wisdom, I am confident that God’s hand of provision has supplied us with another gifted and committed slate of nominees for the offices of Elder and Deacon.

We have every reason to give the Lord our thanks and praise! These officers need your prayer and your gifts to live out God’s intended plan for us and for those we have been called to joyfully serve.

Officer Nominees

Below is a slate of nominees for the offices of Elder and Deacon, presented by the Officer Nominating Committee. The committee considered nominations from the congregation and worked diligently to form a slate that is representative of our community, full of members with varied gifts. We respectfully ask the congregation to consider and approve these nominees at a congregational meeting to be held at the conclusion of both worship services on September 29.
