Caferina
Caferina is a Bay Thoroughbred mare born in 2013. She is an off-the-track Thoroughbred retrained as a Dressage and Jumping horse. She is from an impressive line of racehorses, and was nominated for the Breeders’ Cup. During her short career, Caferina was stricken with a strained hip flexor. Rather than exposing her to the possibility of re-injury as a Jumping horse, the owner felt her time would be better spent helping people with their challenges. Caferina was donated to TEAM-FPC in the fall of 2018!
