Goldie
Goldie is an American quarter horse with a golden dapple coat and an impressive breeding record born in 2008. A champion showhorse, her life was endangered a few years ago, when a tornado hit the barn she was in. The barn collapsed, and she was severely injured. It seemed as though she would not survive, and her owner wanted to put her down. However, a friend who was studying to be a nurse wanted to try and save her, so she took Goldie in and nursed her back to health. Although she still has scars from the accident, they are hard to see because of her stunning golden dapple color.
