FPC’s nursery is short-staffed at present and seeking part-time nursery attendants to assist on Sunday mornings (without whom it may be necessary to turn families away). Support Educators for Early Preschool

FPC’s Early Preschool is accepting applications for loving and fun Support Educators. Knowledge of Early Childhood, NAEYC, and Three Star criteria preferable. Low teacher/child ratios, team teaching, and an emphasis on outdoor play make this a unique opportunity. Support Educator hours are flexible, according to the various needs of the school within the hours of 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., M–F. If you are in search of a part-time position (M–F, MWF, or TT), this could be the perfect fit for you. School-year calendar, NAEYC accredited, competitive salary. Program Assistant for Children & Families Ministry

The Children and Families department is searching for a part time program assistant working between 20-25 hours weekly, days negotiable. Someone with a passion for progressing the use of technology as a way to care for people, who has proficiency with large databases, Microsoft office suite products, Adobe, Mailchimp and WordPress. This person will be supporting the Children’s Director and staff and the Early Preschool Director and staff. Needs to be proactive with learning new technologies/updates and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people of all age levels; including children, volunteers we serve and other staff members. Other preferred traits: organized, efficient with time management, creative, the ability to inventory and order supplies weekly, and basic graphic design.

Recreation Site Assistant

We are now accepting applications for multiple Part-time Recreation Site Assistants; these employees provide oversight and care of Recreation facilities during guest utilization and rentals. Facilities include gymnasiums, Enrichment Center, Don Wade Pool, and the campus athletic fields. Responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining a safe & fun environment, as well as set up/cleanup/tear down of site areas.

The Early Preschool at First Presbyterian Church Nashville

We are now accepting applications for part-time Early Childhood Educators for the 2021/2022 school year. Experience with and knowledge of NAEYC standards, TN Stars Assessment, Handwriting Without Tears, and Emergent Curriculum is desired. Teaching positions are 5 days/week, school year position, 8:30 A.M. – 2:45 P.M.
