Pastor/Head of Staff
Working under the general direction of the Session, the Pastor and Head of Staff provides the theological reflection, vision and leadership to the life of the ministry of First Presbyterian Church. The Pastor and Head of Staff offers this vision and leadership to all members of the congregation, its officers and staff. Areas of responsibility include Preaching and Worship, Pastoral Care, Teaching and Study, Communication, Leadership, Meetings and Governance, Staff Coaching and Nurture, as well as Service to the Larger Church and Community. Associate Pastor or Director of Discipleship and Engagement  
With a congregation of over four thousand members, we are seeking an ordained or lay person who has exceptional relational and organizational skills, in order to help create discipleship groups, identify and equip leaders, and administer a growing network of our new initiative, Communities of Belonging. We want First Presbyterian Church to be a place where members and prospective members experience genuine Christian community, are challenged and encouraged to grow, and find support and friendship on the Christian journey. Included is administration of the Wednesday evening program and Adult Sunday School.

Early Preschool Teachers
We are looking for teachers with experience with emergent philosophy and knowledge of NAEYC standards, Handwriting Without Tears, and Creative Curriculum. Interested candidates must meet the following qualifications: minimum BA in Early Childhood Education or Special Education and a minimum of one year experience working with children 18 months – 5 years.
